一、个人求职信格式

1、称呼

称呼要恰当对于不甚明确的单位，可写成“人事处负责同志”、“尊敬的领导同志”、“尊敬的某某公司领导”等等；对于明确了用人单位负责人的，可以写出负责人的职务、职称，如“尊敬的林教授”、“尊敬的蒋处长”、“尊敬的刘经理”等等。称呼写在第一行，顶格书写，之后用冒号，另起一行，写上问候语“您好”。

2、引言

引言包括姓名、就读学校、专业名称、何时毕业等基本情况。引言的主要作用是尽量引起对方的兴趣看完材料，并自然进入主体部分，开头要引人注目，说明应聘缘由和目的。

3、主体

主体部分是求职信的重点，简明扼要并有针对性地概述自己，突出自己的特点，并努力使自己的描述与所聘职位要求一致，切勿夸大其词或不着边际。许多简历中的具体内容不应在求职信中重复。尽可能地少用人称代词“我”，要让人感到你想表达的是“我怎样才能帮你”。

4、结尾

信的结尾要留下你的电话、手机、email等联系方式，并表明如果几天内等不到他们的电话，你会自己打电话确认招聘者已收到履历表和求职信并安排面试。语气要肯定、热情、诚恳、有礼貌，把你想得到工作的迫切心情表达出来，请用人单位尽快答复并给予面试机会。通常结束语后面应写表示祝愿或敬意的话，如“此致”、“敬礼”、“祝您身体健康、工作顺利、事业发展”等等。

5、落款
