周老师虽然做老师没几年，可是教学严谨细致，上她的课总是十分开心。每次上课周老师总会带着笑容，并且十分注意我们的单词发音，哪怕是一个小小的发音都会尽心尽力帮同学们纠正无误。而且除了课本内的知识，周老师还会给我们整理许多拓展的知识，我自己也觉得跟着周老师真的学到了很多知识。课堂上老师也会尽量多时间给大家互动，我们也会积极举手，发问或回答问题，课堂气氛很是活跃。有时她也会在课堂上给我们讲一些她小时候读书的趣事，让我们听得津津有味，感慨万分。其实她是想通过自己的故事激励我们努力学习，不怕吃苦！

周老师在教学上严谨细致，在关注学生品德上也是非常到位，很有耐心。记得那次，小米试卷丢了，当时她提议道：“我要把小霞的试卷撕下来，当成我的！king你说好吗？”我正在整理自己的书包，我以为她不会撕，随口答应了一声，谁知事与愿违，她真的那么做了，而且还说我答应她这样做的。我越想越不安心，于是跑到周老师那里，坦白了这件事，周老师没有大发雷霆，而是回到教室，单独找了小米谈话，然后又单独跟我分析道理让我知道错在哪里。她的一番教导让我也惭愧不已：即使这事不是我参与的，我虽然是无心之失，但是作为班干部，我的一言一行，都会影响别人。别人在做不该做的事，我应该及时纠正而不是任它发展！你想周老师在我们的品德教育上是多么有耐心啊！这也将成为我人生经历一个记号，让我时刻注意自己，并且提醒自己不要被误导。

周老师经常会被腰痛折磨，因为她有腰间盘突出，可是就是那样，她都会尽力做到尽本职工作，有好几次，我都看到周老师因为腰痛额头冒出了汗，手扶着后背，痛得龇牙咧嘴，看到那一幕，我的心真疼！我希望她能快点好起来，陪着我们一起走到小学毕业！
