二、挑选英语基础好责任心强的学生为小组长。

三、上课。

课堂上我总讲究本节课所定目标的落实，哪怕学习很少的内容也要力求做到每个同学都掌握。英语上有小组对话练习，我就实行加分制，一个对话练习正确得5分，错一处扣一分，然后再把班分成四个大组进行竞争，一个月后对4个大组进行总结，表彰得分最多的大组，可以在周末作业布置对本大组布置点作业。

四、任务落实。

130多个学生，对于学习任务我该如何落实呢？主要依靠课代表和小组长，还有个大组选的检员。在任务落实上我做到：基础知识人人过关，重点知识人人掌握。每一单元开始学习时要求全体学生单词人人过关，每个学生的单词都要会读，而且是我亲自落实；我在辅导时间重点落实各班的4号同学，保证他们基础知识必须过关。

五、批改作业。

英语作业主要是面批，有错误直接指出来并纠正。小组长批改，我检查，发现一处错误本人和组长都罚超3遍在练习本上。

总之，在去年一年教学经验的基础上，我会继续在前进中多找路子，我总想一句话，方法总比困难多，我一定会加倍努力的工作，圆满完成学校下达的教育教学目标任务。
