镜头一：7月流火，热得人透不过气。叶乔波练滑板，地上即刻甩下一滩汗水。别人做这个课目，血乳酸能达到6至7个摩尔就算不错，叶乔波却常常超过15个。累得实在受不了，她便靠哭来平衡自己。

镜头二：叶乔波宿舍的训练计划周表，每张上面都有一句警言：

“距冬奥会还有222天，明星不是喊出来的，而是脚踏实地练出来的。”

“距冬奥会还有206天，成功属于那些不吝（lin）惜自己汗水的人。”

运动员是在一次一次的大赛中经受考验、磨练意志、积累经验。而作为学生何尝不是如此。再过半个月我们就要参加杭州市的期末统考。这次期末考试，对高一的同学来说是进校后的第一次大范围的考试，对高二同学来说是文理分科以后的第一次大范围的考试，通过考试与兄弟学校比较，发现我们的优势学科与薄弱环节，为我们制定下一阶段的教学策略提供信息；通过考试可以检测我们同学前一阶段的学习效率；通过考试可以较全面地考查我们的同学基础知识是否扎实、能否灵活运用知识、答题是否严谨仔细。所以期末考试对大家来说都很重要。我们必须做好积极的迎考工作。

有位作家做过这样的比喻：机遇犹如梯子两边的侧木，本人的拼搏奋斗犹如梯子中间的横木，两者兼有，才能成为攀向成功的梯子。我觉得这话说得真好。如果你希望在期末考试中获得成功，就快做准备吧，从现在开始。成功永远属于有准备的人。

第一，摒弃校园不文明行为，形成一学习钻研气氛浓厚、舆论导向正确、进取意识强烈的班风，以这种优良的班风促进求真、务实、开拓、创新的良好学风的形成。

第二，要有积极向上的心态。有一位教授曾做过这样一项实验。12年前，教授曾要求他的学生毫无顺序地进入了一个宽敞的大礼堂，并独自找个座位坐下。反复几次后，教授发现有的学生总爱坐前排，有的学生则盲目随意，四处都坐，还有一些学生似乎特别钟情于后面的位置，教授分别记下他们的名字，12年后，教授对他们的调查结果显示：爱坐前排的学生中，成功的比例高出其他两类学生很多。教授曾对他的.学生说过：“不是说一定要站在最前、永远第一，而是说这种积极向上的心态十分重要。在漫长的人生中，你们一定要积极坐在前排。”

第四，上课认真听讲，提高听课效益。因为我们老师是经过集体研究备课的，大家齐心协力，资源共享，充分发挥集体的力量，凝结着集体的智慧。

第五，不急不躁，一步一个脚樱因为教学中我们常会发现某些同学表现出'消化不良'症， '喜新厌旧'，喜欢做老师新发的题目，不注重做过的练习中有何问题，以及如何进行弥补，对教师批改后发回的练习，不屑一顾，甩在一边，这种不断做题，不断甩题的做法，其结果是舍本求末，效率低下。

5月的第二个星期日是母亲节，世界各地都举行庆祝活动，以颂扬母爱的伟大。再过两天就是汶川地震两周年，这也让我想起来这样的一位母亲。

当抢救人员发现她的时候，已经死亡，是被垮塌下来的房子压死的，透过那废墟的的间隙可以看到她死亡的姿势，双膝跪着，整个上身向前匍匐，双手扶着地，支撑着身体，有些象古人行跪拜礼，只是身体被压的变形了。

经过一番努力，人们小心的把压着她的废墟清理开，发现在她的身体下面竟然躺着一个孩子，包在一个红色的小被子里，大概有3个月大，因为母亲身体庇护着，他毫发未伤，抱出来的时候，他还安静的睡着，他熟睡的脸让所有在场的人感到很温暖。随行的医生过来解开被子准备做些检查，发现有一部手机塞在被子里，医生下意识的看了下手机屏幕，发现屏幕上是一句已经写好的短信“亲爱的宝贝，如果你能活着，一定要记住我爱你”，看惯了生离死别的医生却在这一刻落泪了，手机传递着，每个看到短信的人都泪如雨下。

不知道这位母亲在临死前，忍受着多大的撕心裂肺的痛苦，在生与死的一瞬间，毅然决定以她羸弱的身躯为孩子撑起了一片生的天空，为她的孩子留下了这份感天动地的爱!

同学们，这就是母亲，向死而生，向美而去，面对那无私而又伟大的爱，文字总是那么无力。

老师们，同学们，我们是幸福的，我们的父母不要用生命的代价来换取我们今生的幸福，但同学们我们不要忘了，我们来到世界的那一刻是母亲经历了怎样的阵痛才换来生命的第一次啼哭!
